Due to the exclusive nature of our products and all products are made to order, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order, especially sizing and product details, before purchasing.

Order Errors

If you believe you have made an error with your order, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or quantity, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation at info@ike-mana.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Quality Assurance and Defective Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
