2. Processing Time

Normal Orders

All normal orders are processed within 4-6 weeks. Orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience high demand or adverse weather conditions, shipping times may be extended. You will be notified via email or sms (if applicable) if there are any significant delays in shipping your normal order.

Pre-Orders

For pre-orders, processing times may vary. Please refer to the product description for estimated shipping dates associated with pre-ordered items. Typically, pre-orders will ship within 6-8 weeks from pre-orders ending. We will keep you informed via email or sms (if applicable) regarding the status of your pre-order and any expected delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, the weight of the items, and your shipping location. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Does not include processing time. Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 
    • Excluded from pre-orders

5. International Shipping

We currently (do not) offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@ike-mana.com within 48 Hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
